work engagement based on type

Read this article on Your Employees are Not Happy on the MBTI blog and it kept me thinking. It suggests that personality type does play a major role in knowing how to engage employees. As I was going through the list, it seems that see meaning in my work is at the top of my list. But as I reflected a little more, it seems that all in the list made sense to me as well. Hence, I decided that I should rank them in order. Perhaps you guys out there can share with me your type profile as well as your ranking list!

I'm an INFP, and these are my prerferences in order:-
1. need to see the meaning of my work
2. want flex time
3. want to change jobs internally
4. want more training
5. need more autonomy
6. need a pat on the back
7. need more direction and less ambiguity
8. need to see redundancy of efforts reduced
9. need more social interaction
10. just want to be in less meetings
