missing my work abroad experience

Few months back, was facilitating OPS, preparing students for their summer internship abroad. And today, I'm browsing their photos & reading their blogs on their life changing experience ;) It makes me miss my work abroad experience so much!

Being in Kuching for almost 3 weeks - though I'm being posted to work across the South China Sea, doesn't feel quite the same. One of the major difference would be having an interns community and locals who you could count on ;D It's one of the most powerful learning environment which has enriched my work abroad experience! And I do miss that quite a lot. Not many experienced what I had, and for that I'm really appreciative ;)


Anyway, can't wait to listen to them share their stories when they're back! A reintegration conference would definetely help in reverse culture shock & moving forward.
