Found out that this website gives free DISC reports. Apparently, it only gives you a short description only. Quite simple to complete and quite accurate! If you were to buy the 20+ pages report, it's pretty detailed ;) But anyway, would still stick to what I got from Thomas International as I know that the validity & reliability confirmed is high!

Anyone wanna try guessing what DISC profile I am after reading the description below?
