conversations, understanding, strengths

For the past few weeks, it seems that having chats & dinners after office hours are where the conversations turn into idea generation sessions ;) It's good that we shared our aspirations and views in a brutally honest manner - and I really do appreciate these genuine conversations.

It's been almost a year, and my understanding of the organization is definetely better. You get to know how things work, and why things are done in such a way! You learn about the culture and possibly try your best to fit in.

You understand yourself well, and know where your strengths lies. It would be great to put them to work everyday so as to be in flow as often as possible! Now is the time to take up the bold step to offer your talent, and having others excited about it :)
