COLOURS 2004 (Men in Black) - my 1st AIESEC conference facilitator experience and I had a great opportunity to work with some of the best people in AIESEC at that time!

COLOURS 2005 (Madagascar) - memorable experience working with the people people 04/05!

COLOURS 2007 (Shrek) - Mei Mei who was the chair of the conference this year (who was a delegate of COLOURS 2004) was coordinating the conference. It was great to see how much some facilitators have grown compared to when I met them as new members!

The conference was a great way to reintegrate myself back into the Malaysian culture just being back to Malaysia 2 days ago. It seems that I had a tough time being a Malaysian reacting to normal Malaysian stuffs as if I were a foreigner. Take for example that I've been getting ever so excited with the price of food being cheap compared to price of food in Hong Kong. Well, I suppose it would take time to get back to being a Malaysian ;)

Facilitating at the conference reminded me so much of what it is to be a Malaysian, and a member of AIESEC Malaysia. The way conferences are run, the way we do AIESEC dances, the way we come out with energizers & the way we have fun! Thanks so much to all the facilitators. OCs & delegates for the reintegration. You guys have made an environment in which I would be able to reintegrate myself back. Special thanks to the faci team for helping me reintegrate, and for understanding what I'm going through. As such, COLOURS would ever be a very special conference in my heart.
